Order processing and delivery times

Orders are processed without a minimum order value.

Please note the domestic shipping costs we charge:
We charge standard deliveries with 19,50 EUR shipping costs. Deliveries of frozen products we charge with 45,- EUR shipping costs.

Orders received on Mondays, Tuesdays or Wednesdays before 13:00 are usually processed and delivered on the same day. Orders received after 13:00 on Wednesdays are usually processed and shipped on the following Monday. Special rules apply for weeks that include holidays. If you need a delivery urgently, please inform us. Express deliveries are of course possible.

Batch reservations & standing orders.

Batch reservations can be made for our control serums. If desired, standing orders can be set up and you can be supplied with the desired products in good time.
